Based in Canada we work from a store offering custom embroidery,apparel for local business, sports and personal,. The online store is a part time venture/hobby,something to the heart which specializes in Rhodesian/Southern Africa embroidered apparel
Originally from Shangani/Freda Mine in Rhodesia our family gapped it over here in 1980 after my dad was shot in a terr incident within the compound of Shangani mine, spending over a year in a Bulawayo Hospital. Luck as most say being the bullet went right thru his FN magazine (loaded, exploding out), below his rib cage and out.  

About Embroidery All the emblems we offer can be viewed from the links down to the left under information and samples of emblems.
These emblems have been digitized into the art form of stitch file.
Digitizing is the process of converting artwork into a digital code that can be read by today's advanced embroidery machines. The digital image file is a starting point, but the "digitized" logo that we create will be in a format that only embroidery machines can use. This digital code provides the instructions to the embroidery machine's operating system which, in turn, tells the embroidery machine's frame how to sew the design.

Digitizing is both a technical and a creative process. It's much more than most people might imagine.  A lot of people think their emblem design will just be 'scanned'. While the digitizer may begin with a scan or a graphic file, he or she has to tell the embroidery machine where to put each stitch, and what order to sew the design - including where to stop, trim the threads, and switch to a different colour. For example the Rhodesian coat of Arms, Rhodesian Air Force and other complex designs can take hours to create each into stitch file, along with a couple more once ran on the machine and tweaked. Digitizers would charge set-up fees on such emblems which run into the $$ hundreds.

Apparel prices on the site include your choice of emblem that can be selected from the dropdown box within that products description. I highly suggest when picking apparel is going with the rugby jerseys. These are custom made here in Canada and the quality is second to none. Many of our customers wardrobes along with mine have been taken up by these, perfect for leisure or a night on the town, these are real eye turners. You are getting what you pay for and these will last for many years.

Free option. You can add your name etc on the right arm or on back of hats for free, just make mention of what you would like in the additional comments during the checkout process.   Knowing the difference between embroidery and transfers. Embroidery in most cases should outlast the garment, we have had customers where a shirt was damaged over the years cut out the emblem and apply to another garment. Some of the emblems we offer have popped up on other sites being offered as "printed" these are iron on transfers that will crack, fade or even have inks run within the wash! Quality is what we sell and word of mouth is what promotes our products    

Emblem sizes and stitch count. Some emblems with a full area/high stitch count are only available on certain apparel. For example bigger emblems on thinner apparel such as t-shirts will bag in after time thus should be ordered on thicker apparel. If you have a related emblem you would like added to the site, email a good quality colour picture along with what you are looking at putting it on. Emblems are embroidered with the finest isacord threads, backing and protective solvey. We stand behind all our products with a 100% guarantee. We have embroidered everything from socks to headwear and everything in-between "Including underwear" if you require something custom that is not on our site contact us.   Please note.The emblem selection of the Flame lily or the Zimbabwe bird comes with the option of text underneath please state in the additional comments during the checkout process what you would like. If you select nothing you will receive Rhodesia underneath. The Rhodesian coat of arms comes with the text "Rhodesia" underneath if you do not want this please state so in the additional comments during the checkout process. I also suggest you first view the sample of the emblem you wish to order prior to placing any order/s. 

South African and area orders. Issues, issues. Getting parcels, even processing payment from this area is a huge pain. In the past, stolen, non received, huge vat charges and a high amount of returned parcels. New process, orders are now being combined and forwarded to a friend in joburg, in most cases the shipping ends up costing me more than the checkout process. However this way no vat charges and parcels are forwarded within SA with tracking. You also have the option of paying in the rand into a SA account. Pricing/Payment process..Currency on the website is in US dollars, the credit card process will show you the exchange rate during the checkout process. We use 2 credit card processors, 2checkout and PayPal. These are 3^rd party processors we use for security, this way we do not see nor store info on the site, credit card info is submitted onto a secure server, ran thru security checks then confirmation sent to both parties. If you have a problem with one , backup and use the other. Sorry we do not accept money orders nor cheques due to the bank fees here in Canada and collection times to clear, if you don't have a credit card select the cash by registered post. (larger orders we will accept bank wires) We can also accept Western Union  

Shipping - We have no control over the rates set forth via Canada post International air is expensive, the online shopping cart, checkout will show you rates prior to charging. On average international air takes up to 14 days, regions such as South Africa and Asia can take double. Larger international orders we may offer ground shipping, contact first.  

Time frame.All apparel is custom made to order and shipped out appox 2 weeks from date of payment, we do have certain items that can ship away for those with rush orders/gifts, contact us for more details.

Yes we will enclose a card at your request, just make mention in the additional comments during the checkout process. Please remember each piece is individually custom made to order.  

• Placing an order. By clicking on the links up top to the left it shows the products we offer Example I wish to order a solid green Forest rugby jersey with the Rhodesian coat of arms.
• First click on log in (top right under the banner) a new page opens and then click on create an account.
• Fill out your personal details etc (note we do not ask for credit card info nor store/see it as this is done after an order is placed from our secure processor) Once filled out in full click on continue. (you have the option latter to ship to another address)
•  A new page opens stating "Your account has been created" Now to the top left under the product categories click on Rugby jerseys, stroll down the page and click on 2 (down to the left where its states result pages)
• On this second page stroll down to where you see Solid green Jerseys, click on the picture or link and a new page will open with the products description. Read over sizing Down the page you will see options where you can select the size and emblem, select these then add to cart. If you have anything else you need to add go thru the same process.
• Once your ready, click on checkout at the bottom A new page opens where you can change the shipping address, add comments etc and shows the shipping options At the bottom, click continue A payment option page then appears, select your option here then continue at the bottom
• Next page is a confirmation page, review then click on confirm order at the bottom Wait, depending on internet speed as this is forwarding you to our secure payment processor Then follow the payment process
